Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • You will be the main point of contact between the Retail team and our suppliers regarding client orders (including bespoke), repairs, valuations, and price enquiries.
  • End-to-end management of Client, Wholesale & Stock repairs.
  • End-to-end management of Special Orders & Bespoke items.
  • Liaising with suppliers and workshops to ensure the smooth running of repairs and client orders.
  • Organising workshop dispatches and collections via couriers.
  • Receiving and recording inbound parcels.
  • Onboarding replenishment stock and wholesale stock alongside the Product Management Coordinator.
  • Supporting the Merchandising, Production, and Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely Assay management.
  • QC and onboarding of stock & repairs.
  • Assisting the Production Coordinator & Designer with gemstone inventories and sourcing of stones.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties related to Client Services.
  • Participating in projects to improve processes & procedures.

Skills + Attributes required:

  • Jewellery expertise essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with delivery portals such as DHL, FedEx, etc.
  • Numerical and intermediate Excel skills
  • Good analytical and organisational skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with stock and IT systems (full training provided)

Full-time role, Monday to Friday.
