Responsibilities

• Support internal communications for culture and learning initiatives.
• Assist in planning and delivering employee engagement activities, campaigns and events.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines and follow-up actions across Culture and Digital Learning projects.
• Conduct research on industry trends and learning best practices to support new initiatives.
• Help create and maintain learning materials, collect engagement data and provide insights to improve programme effectiveness.
