Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.**What You'll Do*** Business Analysis & Diagnostic Insights: Conduct holistic business performance analysis by establishing a monitoring framework for core financial metrics (revenue, cost, P&L). Generate periodic diagnostic reports to identify operational anomalies, propose actionable recommendations, and drive initiatives to enhance overall business health.* Risk Management Framework: Map business process vulnerabilities and implement a risk assessment framework. Strengthen internal controls through cross departmental compliance audits and corrective actions, ensuring regulatory adherence and mitigating operational risks.* Process Optimization & Standardization: Streamline workflows and develop standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
