Job summary

Corvus People is seeking a Java Full Stack Technical Lead to drive end-to-end design, development and delivery of enterprise web applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks. You will own technical client stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle and mentor multi-disciplinary teams.

Based on client site in Belfast, you will bring 8-10+ years of software development and at least 2 years in a Technical Lead role, with experience delivering complex external client projects, ideally

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years’ software development experience with a track record delivering complex full-stack Java solutions.
• Minimum 2 years in a Technical Lead role delivering to external clients.
• Experience leading distributed teams on enterprise-scale projects.
• BFSI sector experience is highly desirable for banking engagements.
• Proven expertise in Test Automation (Selenium CI/CD) and quality governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end application design and development using Java Full Stack technologies.
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Review design, code, and deployment strategies to ensure quality and security.
• Drive technical decisions for scalability, security, and maintainability; mentor teams.
