Job summary

Neev is seeking a skilled software engineer in the United Kingdom to design and build scalable backend services using Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, and microservices, with frontend work in ReactJS or Angular. You will develop RESTful APIs and work with databases across Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, deployed on AWS with Kafka messaging.

You'll participate in CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and DevOps practices, applying strong design patterns, observability, and proactive troubleshooting to deliver

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Java 11/17+ and Spring Boot in a microservices architecture.
• Hands-on front-end work with ReactJS or Angular.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Solid knowledge of SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services and messaging with Kafka or similar.
• Docker and Kubernetes familiarity for containerization and orchestration.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, observability, and troubleshooting.
