Job summary

Qualient Technology Solutions UK Limited is seeking a Java/AWS developer to build solutions and simulators within an end-to-end system. The role requires deep SDLC knowledge and strong technical skills, with an emphasis on Java 8+, Spring frameworks, REST APIs, and AWS services.

You will work with PostgreSQL, Git/Jenkins, and Kubernetes in a microservices context, contributing to CI/CD pipelines and large-scale integration projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development with Java 8+ in a microservices environment.
• Experience writing unit tests (JUnit) for robust code.
• Strong Spring/SpringBoot experience; RESTful services.
• Proficient with relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Git, Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions and simulators as part of end-to-end system.
• Work with Java 8+ and Spring/SpringBoot in microservices.
• Collaborate across teams to implement REST APIs and data access.
• Participate in CI/CD and version control workflows.
• Gain familiarity with AWS services (ECS, EKS, S3, SQS) and OpenStack.
