Experis - ManpowerGroup in Glasgow is seeking a Java Developer to build a workflow tool for Enhanced Due Diligence case management. The role focuses on a Java backend with Spring, and a React frontend, integrating with internal data systems.
You will work with Camunda BPM for workflow orchestration and apply design patterns, concurrency concepts, and RESTful services to deliver scalable solutions in a hands-on environment.

Build out of a workflow tool for Enhanced Due Diligence case management (currently completed in Salesforce). Tech stack with be Java BE, React FE, utilising Camunda and integrating with internal systems for data gathering requirements.
Programming - Core Java, Collections, Multi-Threading and Concurrency, OOPS concepts, Exception Handling, JVM Concepts, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Integration), SQL
Integration - Micro Service Architecture, Developing and integration with Restful web services, Design Pattern
UI/UX - Angular, React, HTML/CSS/JS
Devops - Monitoring and tooling like ELK and App Dynamics, Build and Deployment tools, Docker, Kubernetes, Load Balancer principles, Experience working on highly scalable applications
Database and Messaging - SQL (Joins Indexing Transaction), No SQL( Mongo, Cassandra, CAP Theorem etc.), SQL Queries, Query Optimizations etc.
Caching Framework -Concepts, Types of Caching, Principles of caching. Priming, Eviction, Cache Miss, Consistency staleness, MRU etc; Messaging - Kafka, Solace
Basic understanding of Camunda BPM for workflow orchestration and process automation
