You'll promote freight forwarding and logistics services, build client relationships, and work closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions while traveling within your territory as needed. This permanent role requires business-level Japanese and English, a proactive, self-starting attitude, and a valid UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within freight forwarding or logistics.
• Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
• Business-level Japanese and English proficiency.
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within the assigned area, focusing on Manchester and the wider Midlands region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to expand business.
• Promote and sell freight forwarding and logistics services to new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and work closely with relevant internal teams to provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct customer visits and business development activities across the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Carry out other duties related to sales and business development as required.
