Job summary

Hempstalls Primary School is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor/Caretaker to provide a safe and secure environment for pupils, staff and visitors. You will maintain the swimming pool, perform general site maintenance, and oversee the building at the start and end of each day.

The role includes supervising lettings and evening/weekend duties (paid as overtime) and coordinating cleaning, health and safety activities, with on-call access for emergencies.

• Undertake cleaning duties and supervise cleaners, janitor and site supervisor
• Oversee health and safety aspects within the school
• Liaise with contractors
• Be on call as a designated key holder for emergency access to the premises
