LONDON OR WELLINGBOROUGH (HYBRID)

Salary: Depending on experience, up to £35,000 per annum in London, or up to £29,300 per annum in Wellingborough.

Hybrid working: You will have the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week.

What you will do

• Complete all IWA administration to the highest possible standard.
• Develop relationships with both Private Bankers and the wider Private Clients teams.
• Oversee workflow through the IWA mailboxes and delegating where required.
• Provide the main point of contact for all IWA queries from the Bank.

What you will bring

• Technical understanding of Financial Planning and the various accounts used to facilitate this.
• Exceptional client service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in writing and verbally.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail when working to tight deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

It would be nice for you to be

• Studying towards your CII exams.
