IWA (INVESTMENT AND WEALTH ADVICE) ASSOCIATE

Location: London or Wellingborough (Hybrid)

Are you looking to advance your career in Financial Planning? Join our Investment and Wealth Advice (IWA) team to develop your skills and accelerate your career journey.

You will be responsible for completing all IWA administration duties to the highest standards. Please note, this is not a client-facing role, and you will not provide advice.

Salary:

Depending on experience, up to £35,000 per annum in London, or up to £29,300 per annum in Wellingborough.

Hybrid working:

Flexibility to work from home up to two days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all IWA administration to high standards.
• Develop relationships with Private Bankers and the wider Private Clients teams.
• Oversee workflow through IWA mailboxes and delegate tasks as required.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all IWA queries from the Bank.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Technical understanding of Financial Planning and related accounts.
• Exceptional client service skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred:

• Studying towards CII exams.
