An NHS hospital in London is looking for an Intensive Care Matron dedicated to providing high standards of clinical leadership. This full-time role involves managing the ICU staff, ensuring safe and effective care, and developing departmental goals. A commitment to quality care and excellent communication skills is essential.
As an Intensive Care Matron, you will provide and strengthen clinical leadership within defined areas by acting as a positive role model, who practices evidence-based care to ensure high standards of clinical care. You will ensure safe, effective and high-quality care is consistently delivered with the ICU and take responsibility for the management of all staff within the department.

Location: Wellington Hospital, London
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week
