Cognizant Consulting is seeking an ITSM Business Analyst/Consultant in the United Kingdom for a hybrid role based in Milton Keynes. You will support ITSM strategy, operating-model transformation, process redesign and ServiceNow-enabled improvements, collaborating with stakeholders, architects and delivery teams.

You will conduct interviews, document current and future-state processes, translate requirements, and help develop transformation roadmaps while ensuring alignment to business objectives

Formación

• 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant within IT Service Management environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
• Experience delivering ITSM transformation, service redesign or operating-model change programmes.
• Experience working on ServiceNow implementation, enhancement or optimisation initiatives.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and discovery activities to understand current ITSM processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Document current and future-state processes, requirements and governance models to support transformation roadmaps.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria with ServiceNow teams.
• Support ITSM process redesign across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Continual Improvement disciplines.
• Contribute to business cases, benefits assessments and implementation planning, supporting testing and user adoption.
