Job summary

FSP is a leading consultancy specialising in Digital, Security and AI solutions. Our team helps clients maximise their IT investments through tailored Service Management tools, leveraging ITIL practices and a mix of on-prem and SaaS deployments.

You will design, implement, and improve ITSM toolsets across public and private sectors, collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams. Successful candidates will have hands-on ITIL experience, ServiceNow familiarity, and ideally security

Qualifications

Proven understanding of ITIL practices.
Experience implementing ITSM tools on-premises and as SaaS.
Excellent understanding of IT Service Management toolsets, productivity, and automation tooling.

Responsibilities

Designing and developing IT Service Management tools to fulfil client requirements.
Apply best practices and standards (ITIL, ISO20000, Lean, BPMN, Agile) to design processes.
Perform audits and maturity assessments of clients’ existing ITSM tools to identify improvements.
Design and lead workshops, in-person or virtual.
Collaborate with third-party ITSM tool vendors to implement ITSM tool solutions.
Develop the FSP Service Management Tool to support managed services delivery.
Collaborate with other capabilities across FSP to deliver wider service transformation programmes.
Work with clients across public and private sector organisations.
