DXC Technology is seeking a Business Data Analyst to oversee billing, data extraction, and ITSM reporting. The role requires driving accuracy in service charges, performance metrics, and governance documentation. You will work with finance and ITSM teams to deliver reliable MI and audits.

The position is onsite in Hampshire, with strict security and right-to-work requirements. Prior experience in managed services or IT outsourcing is preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in financial accounting, invoicing or billing with auditable reporting.
• Ability to manage fixed and variable charges across multiple data sources.
• Experience extracting, analysing and reporting on ITSM data and service metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Manage monthly billing cycle for Service Charges and Project Delivery.
• Extract, validate and reconcile billing data from ITSM tools and asset systems.
• Maintain billing models, calculation logic and audit-ready evidence.
• Trace billing data from rules to invoice lines for auditability.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve queries with evidence.
• Coordinate data submissions and approvals to meet invoice deadlines.
• Produce MI packs and performance summaries for governance forums.
• Validate data completeness across source systems.
