Job summary

Civic Recruitment Limited is supporting a local authority with a 6 month contract for an HR and Payroll systems expert. The role focuses on MHR iTrent configuration, BI reporting with Business Objects, data analysis and process improvements across HR and payroll lifecycle.

The successful candidate will work within a multi-disciplinary team, delivering reporting, data validation and system enhancements while ensuring security and data integrity. Hackney location, 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting, configuring and developing MHR iTrent systems.
• Proven experience creating and maintaining Business Objects reports.
• Experience developing complex and automated reporting solutions.
• Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills: formulas, pivots, validation, lookups.
• Experience managing HR, Payroll or Workforce data.
• Knowledge of system security and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design and maintain Business Objects reports of varying complexity.
• Create and manage automated reporting schedules and reporting solutions.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc management information reports for stakeholders.
• Perform detailed data analysis, validation and reconciliations.
• Analyse HR and payroll data to identify discrepancies and trends.
• Support MHR iTrent configuration, administration and development.
• Implement system changes and process improvements.
• Support upgrades, testing and software releases.
• Maintain data integrity and system functionality.
• Manage and resolve user support requests via CRM and ticketing.
