DXC Technology is seeking an ITO Team Lead to provide technical and people leadership for infrastructure operations across DXC-managed environments. You will oversee L2/L3 escalations, drive P1/P2 incident response, and deliver permanent fixes through problem management.

You will allocate work, forecast needs, review CAB changes, and coordinate transitions while maintaining high SLA/KPI delivery and strong stakeholder communication. DV clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on infrastructure experience across Windows Server, Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, storage/backup, AD and database touchpoints.
• Proven technical team leadership in managed services or IT outsourcing, including mentoring and performance management.
• Strong incident management experience, including P1/P2 triage and stakeholder communication.
• L2 escalation and root-cause diagnosis across Wintel, virtualization, storage, network, AD and databases.
• ITIL-aligned oversight of changes, incidents, problems and configuration.

Responsabilités

• Allocate work by skill and priority; manage shift/on-call cover.
• Forecast infrastructure needs and maintain configuration control.
• Lead P1/P2 triage, telemetry and lasting fixes across towers.
• Review changes for CAB and coordinate transitions and go-lives.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs and CMDB records.
