Qualifications

• Experience in ITIL‑aligned organisations
• Proven ability to apply ITIL processes to support service delivery
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive continual service improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and govern ITIL processes across incident, problem, change and service requests
• Act as Major Incident Manager when required and coordinate swift resolution
• Run service reviews with business stakeholders and report on performance and actions
• Support internal and external audits and work with group to improve processes
• Cover and support the Service Delivery & Support Manager when absent
