French Selection (FS) is seeking an Italian-speaking Research and Business Support assistant in Wilmslow. The role is a 6-month fixed-term maternity cover with potential to become permanent, located just south of Manchester.

The position involves research, relationship-building and client support, with responsibilities across market research, CRM updates and coordinating with the account team to identify opportunities for clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out online research into markets, organisations and industries.
• Gather relevant information and identify potential opportunities for clients.
• Research companies, organisations and key contacts.
• Reach out to contacts by email and telephone to gather information and develop relationships.
• Maintain accurate information on the CRM system.
• Support the account team with research projects and day-to-day client communication.
• Help prepare information for client meetings, reports and presentations.
• Manage follow-ups and multiple priorities with the wider account team.
