Zizzi in Exeter is seeking an experienced Chef to lead in our fast-paced open kitchen. From stretching dough to perfecting al dente pasta, you’ll be central to delivering high-energy service and standout dishes in a busy team environment.

You’ll need a passion for Italian ingredients, pride in quality, and the reliability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. We offer flexible hours, training, and career progression toward Head Chef.

• Love for Italian ingredients and mastery of Zizzi menu.
• High energy, positive attitude for a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook our menu to spec in a busy open kitchen.
• Take pride in the quality of every dish leaving your section.
• Master our menu and specs to keep service fast and consistent during rushes.
• Maintain a spotless kitchen and follow all food safety procedures.
