Cafe Murano in Green Park, London, is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join a busy kitchen focused on high-quality Italian ingredients. You will work with a talented team and inspiring leaders in a supportive, creative environment where attitude and ambition come first.

You’ll help run daily operations, lead and train the kitchen, and ensure top food quality, hygiene and safety standards while contributing ideas for menu development and kitchen improvements.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Deliver consistently high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Lead, train and motivate the kitchen team.
• Work confidently during busy services.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards are met.
• Assist with ordering, stock control, costing and waste management.
• Contribute ideas to menu development and kitchen improvement.
