Qualifications

• Passion for cooking with a desire to develop culinary skills further.
• Ability to lead and teach a team with consistently great food.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen with high standards.
• Aim for excellence and consistency under pressure.
• Hard working with a reliable work ethic.
• Minimum 1 year as Head Chef or similar in a similar establishment.
• Experience with fresh pasta and Italian cuisine.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures.
• Control of ordering, costing and stock.
• Excellent communication skills
