Principal Duties:

1. Sales calls to Retailers, Distributors in the EU and other regions.
2. Marketing activities including sales analysis, ad planning, and sales forecasting.
3. Acquiring licensing agreements with hardware and software makers.
4. Translating product information, instructions, website content, and business documents between Japanese, English, and Italian.
5. Performing interpretation as needed.
6. Negotiating and signing business-related contracts.
7. Researching patent-related information within the game industry.
8. Managing bank accounts and petty cash.
9. Attending to resident officers, loan employees, and expatriate personnel.
10. Managing daily activities with minimal supervision.
11. Performing additional sales-related duties for global markets as assigned.
12. Handling troubleshooting, customer questions, and complaints.

Desirable skills:

• At least 1 year of office experience, ideally in sales.
• Native-level Italian, fluent English, and Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher preferred).
• Knowledge of other European languages such as French, Spanish, or German is a plus.
• Experience living and working in Japan is highly beneficial.
• Interest in digital, gaming, or entertainment industries is advantageous.
• Understanding of Japanese culture, especially in corporate settings.
• Strong communication skills and a flexible attitude.

Job details:

• Type: Permanent, full-time

• Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30-17:30 (office-based)
