Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in client relations or investment operations.
• Familiarity with AIFMD, MiFID II, and Italian regulatory requirements.
• Studying for CFA/CAIA or interest in pursuing qualifications.
• Experience with AI tools to enhance client servicing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated contact for day-to-day client inquiries for Italian clients.
• Maintain CRM with records, activity, pipeline; coordinate reports for senior management.
• Support Italian team on projects impacting existing clients; work with internal stakeholders.
• Manage client onboarding and guidance for complex investor transactions.
• Coordinate reviews, due diligence meetings, RFPs, DDQs, roadshows and conferences.
• Deliver customized and ad-hoc reporting to Italian client base.
• Direct ongoing subscription and redemption processes with timely communications.
• Organize new commercial agreements and maintain Intermediary, Rebate, Platform, Custody terms.
• Coordinate client restriction lists, trade error notifications and side-letter attestations.
