We're the market leader in the UK fresh prepared food industry - supplying meals, salads, desserts, pizza and bread to leading grocery retailers including Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury's and Waitrose.
The Service Delivery - Transition Analyst is responsible for ensuring that new services and projects which are introduced and transitioned into operational service are fully supported with clear ownership and appropriate support levels agreed.
The successful candidate will work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from delivery into operations and be responsible for the successful handover of business and IT products into support.
They will take on accountability for all administration of the transition reporting including KPI's and project status. The administration of the transition management process and procedures are part of this role.
Ideal candidates will have experience in IT service delivery, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
