IT Transformation Manager | Cross Asset Trading | Up to £1,000 per day | Outside IR35 | 6 Months Rolling | Hybrid LDN

The IT Transformation Manager is needed for a cross-asset trading house. With rapid growth in profitability, acquisitions, and new business lines, the organization is merging business-focused technology streams with retail and sales arms, creating significant crossovers of methodologies and teams. This role requires managing these high-level transformation initiatives.

This position involves overseeing large-scale IT transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing budgets, engaging stakeholders, tracking performance, managing risks, and ensuring successful project execution. The focus is on transforming IT infrastructure and processes to improve efficiency, agility, and innovation.

Key requirements include expertise in IT transformation, fostering agility, managing cross-functional teams, and developing governance frameworks aligned with corporate policies and standards.

Additional details:

• Contract duration: 6-month rolling
• Rate: Up to £900 per day, outside IR35
• Work arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days/week in Central London
