IT Transformation Manager | Cross Asset Trading | Up to £1,000 per day | Outside IR35 | 6 Months Rolling | Hybrid LDN
This role is for a cross-asset trading house experiencing rapid growth through profitability, acquisitions, and new business lines. The organisation is merging business-focused technology streams with retail and sales arms, leading to significant overlaps in methodologies and teams, necessitating high-level management.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing large-scale IT transformation projects, with a proven ability to handle complex initiatives and deliver successful outcomes.
As an IT Transformation Manager, you will lead IT transformation initiatives aligned with business goals, overseeing budgets, ensuring quality, engaging stakeholders, tracking performance, managing risks, and executing projects to improve IT infrastructure and processes for increased efficiency, agility, and innovation.
Key requirements include experience in IT transformation, fostering agility and adaptability, managing cross-functional global teams, and developing governance frameworks compliant with policies and regulations.
This is a 6-month rolling contract
Rate: Up to £1,000 per day, Outside IR35
Location: Hybrid, 3 days a week in Central London
