Job summary

Experis Scotland in Perth is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale technology and transformation initiatives within a programme environment, reporting to the Programme Director.

You will manage multiple workstreams, build detailed plans, governance and executive reporting, coordinating with senior stakeholders and delivery teams in agile and waterfall contexts. Predominantly remote with some on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale technology, digital or business transformation projects.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams within complex programme environments.
• Strong governance experience including Steering Committees and executive reporting.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risks and delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale technology, business change and transformation projects.
• Manage multiple project workstreams with alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones and roadmaps.
• Establish project governance, controls and reporting frameworks.
• Prepare and facilitate Steering Committee meetings and executive reviews.
• Produce status reports and management information for senior leadership.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions with mitigation and escalation.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
