At the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM) , we are committed to improving health outcomes across the globe through research, education, and capacity building. As we continue to innovate and evolve, we are looking for a passionate and proactive IT Trainer to help drive digital transformation by supporting staff and students in adopting and effectively using a range of technologies and systems.
As an IT Trainer, you will play a key role in promoting the use of new and existing digital technologies across LSTM. You will develop and deliver tailored training sessions, create accessible support materials, and provide hands-on assistance to ensure users are confident and capable in their use of IT systems and tools.
You will work closely with both academic and professional services teams to assess training needs, champion digital best practices, and support the successful rollout of new technologies.
