We’re working with a public sector client looking for an IT Trainer to support their growing IT and Digital team with day-to-day operations and training delivery.

As their IT Trainer, you’ll collaborate closely with internal IT, Digital and Product teams to support the rollout of digital transformation projects across departments. This includes training on Microsoft 365, Dynamics, Power Platform, SharePoint and AI innovations using CoPilot. You’ll design training strategies and materials, and deliver them through face-to-face sessions, one-to-one coaching, remote video training, and ongoing post-training support.

What they’re looking for in their IT Trainer:

• Experience delivering training, e-learning, support and engagement in IT or software environments – particularly with Microsoft products such as M365
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – a key part of the role involves delivering in-person training to non-technical teams across departments
• A proven ability to build strong relationships with the wider business to encourage adoption and effective use of new digital tools
