This is a well-renowned company, trading for over 30 years, currently seeking an IT & Telecoms Field Engineer to join their growing team.

The role involves on-site fault support and implementation work, with a variety of projects involving different sizes and scopes, often with multiple engineers and spanning several days. Field engineers lead installation planning, including surveying, solution design/quoting, planning with end users, implementation, and final handover.

You should be a motivated engineer with a 'can do' attitude, a thorough, logical, and proactive approach to planning and delivering quality installations on time and within budget, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Installation of IT and Telecoms solutions
2. Onboarding of managed support services
3. Remote and on-site customer support
4. Planning and managing installation projects
5. Assisting sales and customers with solution design and recommendations
6. Documenting and updating project and service tickets in CRM
7. Driving sales opportunities from technical operations
