Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ IT or EPOS experience.
• Experience deploying equipment and supporting deployments.
• Strong hardware, networking and software troubleshooting skills.
• Proactive and detail oriented with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and configure IT hardware for deployments.
• Test, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues.
• Configure networks, servers, switches and related hardware.
• Provide remote technical support and on-site visits as needed.
• Produce clear technical documentation and manage workload to project timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams during deployments.
• Ensure EPOS systems operate reliably.
