Job summary

Datel is seeking an Internal IT Technician in Warrington to provide technical support to colleagues, resolve IT issues and maintain devices, systems and user accounts across the business.

You will manage laptop/printer/mobile device issues, monitor tickets, support Windows OS and basic networking, and help with onboarding, offboarding and documentation. The role is office-based at the Warrington office.

Qualifications

• Experience in Modern Workplace or Technical Support.
• Exposure to M365, Windows OS and basic networking.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Office-based role in Warrington with Right to Work.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to colleagues and resolve IT issues across devices and systems.
• Maintain laptops, printers, mobiles and user accounts.
• Monitor a ticket system and assist with onboarding and offboarding.
• Train end users on hardware/software and document processes.
