ABOUT THE SCHOOL AND IT TEACHER CONTRACT:

1. A medium-sized secondary school
2. Assist the Head of Department in ensuring high-quality teaching in your subject and contribute to the department's improvement plan.
3. Participate in staff development activities provided within the department and whole school.
4. Deliver syllabuses, resources, schemes of work, assessment and marking policies, and teaching strategies as directed to meet student needs.
5. Report student progress in your subject to the Head of Department and to parents/carers.

THE RIGHT IT TEACHER WILL BE:

1. Confident in teaching IT to an A level standard.
2. Creative, patient, and willing to think outside of the box.
3. Degree related to IT.
4. Teaching qualification – QTS/PGCE.
5. Eligibility to work in the UK.
6. Able to provide teaching references for the last 2 years.
7. A fully enhanced DBS on the online update service.
