Job description

A fantastic opportunity has become available with a leading global brand for a Systems Administrator. The role involves supporting and maintaining IT systems, handling IT requests, and ensuring tasks are managed efficiently and responded to promptly.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Maintain our ubiquity firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
• Create cybersecurity training and phishing campaigns.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of staff in O365.
• Enforce security policies such as MFA.
• Set up Intune and Autopilot.
• Assemble PCs and set up hardware across the office.
• Serve as a final point of contact for users and assist with resolving issues.
• Escalate issues to the MSP and follow up if unresolved.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide training and guidance to users on IT systems and tools.
• Collaborate with IT staff and vendors to resolve complex or urgent issues.
• Maintain Azure and PowerApps environments.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Educational background or experience in IT systems (1-2 years preferred supporting users).
• Good knowledge of O365 and Azure.
• Experience implementing Intune and Autopilot.
• Awareness of good cybersecurity practices.
• Understanding of ubiquity systems.
• Willingness to support users in emergencies when MSP cannot.
• Team player capable of working successfully across departments in a multicultural, multilingual environment.
• Service-minded, organized, and able to work independently.
• Passionate about IT and delivering excellent customer service.
• Day rate (depending on experience).
• Inside IR35.
• Fully onsite in London City.
