Palletforce Ltd is hiring an IT System Administrator to maintain and support our internal IT infrastructure across sites. This hybrid role in Burton-upon-Trent involves server, network, cloud and security tasks, with a focus on standard compliance and project support.
The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft server/Desktop experience (AD/GP/Office 365/Azure AD), PowerShell skills, and solid networking knowledge. Occasional travel and out-of-hours support are required.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the internal IT infrastructure across Palletforce and Palletforce Logistics, including server hardware, operating systems, networking, telephony and security. Working closely with the IT Support team, you will help develop and maintain IT standards, reduce vulnerabilities, and provide technical expertise and project support for strategic IT and business-led initiatives. You will play a key role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
Up to £40,000 depending on experience. Plus a 10% on-call allowance.
