Job summary

Cosmetic Physician Partners Europe (CPPE) is seeking a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to be the on-ground IT presence in Europe. You will handle the full range of support from end-user issues to systems administration and lead IT aspects of clinic integrations as new practices join.

You will work with autonomy, escalate complex security tasks to the US-based team, and report into the IT Manager. hybrid working with London-based office and remote options are available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT support across 1st–3rd line.
• Networking and firewall fundamentals (DrayTek/Cisco or comparable).
• Self-directed — able to own problems and projects with minimal supervision.
• Clear communication with non-technical and clinical users.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for UK and European clinics.
• Lead clinic integrations — deploy toolset, migrate mailboxes/files, configure site networking and firewall.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Teams) and Google Workspace.
• Manage endpoints and security with NinjaOne, BitDefender, and 1Password.
• Provide firewall and network support; escalate complex network/VPN and infra issues to Senior IT Engineer.
• Set up and support clinic telephony (cloud VoIP, IVR) and A/V.
• Onboarding/offboarding and manage tickets and documentation in Zendesk.
• Work within UK/EU GDPR and data-protection policies.

About Cosmetic Physician Partners Europe

Cosmetic Physician Partners Europe (CPPE) is a fast-growing, physician-led network of premier medical aesthetic clinics across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, backed by our US partner CPP. We give our clinics centralised HR, IT, marketing, and data-analytics support so their teams can focus on patient care while keeping full operational control.

The Role

We're hiring a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to be CPPE's IT presence on the ground in Europe. As our first dedicated IT hire in the region, you'll handle the full range of support — from day-to-day end-user issues through to systems administration — and lead the IT side of clinic integrations as new practices join. You'll work with a high degree of autonomy, escalating complex infrastructure and security work to our US based team, and report into the IT Manager.

What you'll do

• Be the day-to-day IT support for our UK and European clinics, handling the full range of requests from end users through to systems administration.
• Lead clinic integrations — run discovery and audits, deploy our standard toolset (NinjaOne, BitDefender, Intune, 1Password, Zendesk), migrate mailboxes and files, configure site networking and firewall, and decommission legacy tooling.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Teams) and Google Workspace.
• Manage endpoints and security through NinjaOne (RMM), BitDefender, and 1Password.
• Provide firewall (DrayTek, Cisco, Meraki, SonicWall) and network support; escalating complex network/VPN and infrastructure to the Senior IT Engineer.
• Set up and support clinic telephony (cloud VoIP, IVR / call routing), A/V, and clinical hardware (imaging, scanners, iPads).
• Onboarding/offboarding and manage tickets and documentation in Zendesk.
• Work within UK/EU GDPR and our data-protection policies; support security awareness (KnowBe4).

Must-haves

• 4+ years in IT support across 1st–3rd line.
• Networking and firewall fundamentals (DrayTek/Cisco or comparable).
• Self-directed — able to own problems and projects with minimal supervision.
• Clear communication with non-technical and clinical users.
• Right to work in the UK.

Nice-to-haves

We don't expect every box ticked.

• Onboarding or migrating IT for new sites, M&A, or multi-site / MSP environments.
• Cloud VoIP / telephony (IVR / call routing).
• A/V, imaging, or clinical hardware (Canfield / TouchMD, iPads).
• Microsoft certifications (MS-102, AZ-104) or equivalent.
• GDPR / data protection in a healthcare or regulated setting.
