Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking an IT Support Technician to join the Pet Drugs Online IT team in Keynsham. You will provide first-line support for hardware and software, set up user accounts, and help maintain system performance and security across the business.

The role involves hands-on exposure to ERP platforms and projects, with opportunities to learn across systems, infrastructure and hardware in a growing ecommerce environment.

How You'll Make a Difference

You'll join the IT team at Pet Drugs Online, working alongside our IT Support Technician and Application Manager to give quick, reliable support across the whole business. When colleagues have a problem with a device, their software or their access, you'll usually be the first person they speak to. You'll also help test and roll out new systems, including our ERP platform. It's a learning role, so you'll get hands on experience with most of our systems, infrastructure and hardware.

You Might Be a Great Fit If...

We're looking for a driven, capable professional, able to commit to 5 days per week in our Keynsham office, who brings:

• Experience providing on-site IT Support
• Basic hardware repair and troubleshooting skills
• Problem solving experience, and the ability to stay calm and methodical under pressure
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
