• Knowledge of cloud-based telephony and ERP systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support via telephone, email, and in-person to 300 end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS and mobile devices.

The Role – IT Support Technician

Based at our Head Office in Northampton, you will provide telephone, email, MS Teams, and in-person IT support to 300 end users.

The successful candidate will require experience and knowledge of:

• Windows OS (Server and Desktop)
• Android
• MDM (Mobile Device Management)
• Gamma Horizon or other cloud-based telephony
• LindAX (Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0) or other ERP system
• Microsoft Office and HP/Canon Printers
