The role

As an IT Support Technician, you’ll provide First and Second line support for bespoke/niche systems.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Customer technical liaison, advice, and guidance
• Monitoring compliance – CE, CA Marking, or systems, post-production
• Documentation – URDs, Tech Author, Requirements capture
• Product development and enhancement

This role is full time and based onsite at Ashchurch.

Desirable experience:

• Linux administration and Virtualisation management (VMWare)
• Networking – working towards CCNA
• Good technical reporting skills, both written and verbal
• Electronics engineering with reverse engineering capabilities
• CE / CA Marking of productised platforms
