Job summary

Fred. Olsen Ltd is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide professional 1st/1.5 line IT support across the business, resolving issues in Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware and software, and supporting collaboration tools.

The role covers onboarding, device setup, and maintaining ITSM documentation, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and adapting to a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting across Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting end users and delivering great customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with an IT service management (ITSM) platform.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while owning issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and responsive 1st and 1.5 line IT support across the business.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows devices, Microsoft 365, hardware, software and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Office applications.
• Configure, deploy and support laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Assist with onboarding, device setup, replacements and refresh programmes.
• Support meeting-room technology, hybrid working and collaboration tools.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within the ITSM platform.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improvements in support processes.
