Location: Camberley, GU15 3YL (Office based role)

Working pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off shift pattern (11hr rotating shifts, 7am-7pm/7pm-7am)

Telent is seeking a Service Desk Analyst (Customer Service Helpdesk Agent) to join our Customer IT Service Centre in Camberley. This role involves supporting our managed service contracts, providing excellent customer service, and participating in ongoing training and career development.

This is a 4 days on / 4 days off shift pattern role, working 11-hour rotating shifts from our modern office in Camberley (GU15 3YL).

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the first point of contact for incidents, requests, and queries via multiple platforms
  • Log and follow up on incidents and requests
  • Provide consistent, high-quality customer service
  • Coordinate logistics for IT incidents and engineer scheduling
  • Maintain customer relationships and incident ownership
  • Proactively liaise with vendors and escalate issues as needed
  • Meet KPIs set by management

Who you are:

Passionate about customer service, with experience in retail, customer support, or administration preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. On-the-job training will be provided.

  • Experience in customer service, retail, or helpdesk roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Call handling experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • ITIL awareness is desirable
