Job summary

Bosch Group in the UK invites undergraduates pursuing an IT degree to join a 12-month internship based at the Denham office. You will join the BUILD Programme, gaining hands-on IT support experience across a range of services including M365, Windows, and device provisioning.

Participants will engage in practical projects, training sessions, and mentorship, with opportunities to develop technical and professional skills relevant to future IT roles.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate IT degree with practical hands-on IT experience.
• Desire to contribute to real-world IT support and projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist 1st and 2nd level IT support tasks.
• Support IT Fleet Management: install/repair devices and decommission hardware.
• Assist provisioning of mobile devices to end-users.
• Create training materials and content for end-users.
• Engage in IT project pilots and rollouts as needed.
• Work with internal tools for user management and admin tasks.
