We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to become a valuable member of a dynamic team at a London-based Managed Service Provider (MSP). You will work under the direction and guidance of their Head of IT Services to ensure the highest standards of IT support and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve 1st to 3rd line support tickets
• Manage and execute new client onboarding processes
• Deliver infrastructure and cloud migration projects
• Collaborate with vendors and handle technical escalations
• Support a wide range of client environments and contribute to ongoing improvement of internal processes
• Work with Sales and Service teams as needed to support client needs

Skills Required:

• Solid background in 3rd line IT support
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and network management
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Intune
• Proven experience with technical project work
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows client environments
• Exposure to macOS, Android, and iOS device support
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks through to completion
