iO Associates has partnered with a leading local authority to find a Junior IT Engineer. This hands-on role involves building and distributing devices (such as phones, laptops, and PCs) and providing general IT support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build, configure, and deploy IT equipment including PCs, laptops, and mobile phones.
2. Resolve technical issues and assist users with device setup.
3. Manage hardware returns and support daily IT operations in coordination with the IT team.
4. Experience working within local authorities, councils, or boroughs is preferred.
