Devonshire Hayes has partnered with a fantastic company to hire a talented IT Support Analyst for an initial 12-month contract. The key responsibilities include:

1. Active Directory Management: Manage user accounts, administer group policies, and support Active Directory issues.
2. Microsoft 365 Entra: Support and troubleshoot setup and integrations to ensure seamless access.
3. Laptop Builds & Configurations: Build, configure, and deploy laptops with necessary software and security settings.
4. Technical Support: Provide support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues on Windows 10, 11, and Office 365.
5. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, networks, and hardware.
6. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of troubleshooting steps and configurations.
7. Software & Hardware Installations: Assist with installation and configuration tasks.
8. Collaboration: Work with internal IT teams to provide solutions and escalate issues when necessary.

This role requires working in the office full-time.
