As an apprentice, you'll embark on an enriching journey, working towards your Level 3 ICT Support Technician programme qualification under the guidance of our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. You'll have access to a supportive workplace mentor and receive comprehensive training from the Baltic team.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Own and manage first-line issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Lead incident management for allocated tickets, maintaining SLA adherence
• Identify and implement first-line fixes, promoting best practices within the team
• Contribute to service improvements as part of daily operations
• Provide backfill cover as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service

Salary, Hours and Benefits

• Salary – £18,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 5:30pm
