About

Christ's College is seeking to appoint an onsite IT Support Analyst to work as part of the College's IT Team.

IT Support Analyst

Location: St Andrew's Street, Cambridge, CB2 3BU

Salary: £31,575 - £35,994 per annum

Vacancy Type: Onsite, Full-time, Fixed Term for 2 years, 36.5 hours per week

Role Overview

The position holder will have primary responsibility for maintaining, auditing, and improving IT services to support the College's business and academic activities. This includes providing advice, technical and operational support on a wide range of IT and AV issues via an electronic helpdesk, personal visits, phone, email, or updating user guidance on the College website.
