Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a Head of IT to shape and lead the IT strategy for a growing organisation on the south coast, with hybrid working and close collaboration with senior management.

The role will manage software, hardware, cloud, data and infrastructure, maintain SAP ERP, and strengthen data security while coordinating external vendors and MSPs. Experience in multi-site ERP deployments and hands-on IT leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and executing IT strategy.
• Experience overseeing Software, Hardware, Cloud, Data, and Infrastructure.
• Strong ERP experience with SAP deployments.
• Excellent data security and data management knowledge.
• Experience liaising with external vendors and MSPs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an IT strategy reporting to senior management.
• Oversee all IT functions including software, hardware, cloud, data, and infrastructure.
• Manage and optimise SAP ERP system.
• Enhance data security measures and data management.
• Manage vendor relationships and MSP provider.
• Lead from a senior IT management role with hands-on planning.
• Guide multi-site upgrades and ERP deployments (SAP/Microsoft preferred).
• Drive data strategy initiatives with hands-on engineering input.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
