A great opportunity for an experienced IT SAM Analyst with experience managing software and licensing to join a global organisation at their main UK office in Liverpool. The company invests in technology and values its employees.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Troubleshoot issues and manage requests
2. Update and manage the software asset management system
3. Monitor software usage, deployment, and license availability
4. License management, renewals, and access
5. Project work and audit preparation
6. Manage relationships with vendors
7. Full SAM lifecycle management

Experience to succeed:

• Minimum of 3 years in an IT Software Asset Management role
• Demonstrable experience working with ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Proactive approach to work
• Able to use initiative and make recommendations
• Experience or willingness to partake in project work and migrations
• Understanding of Flexera or ServiceNow is desirable
